Troy man admits to stealing six guns from Glenmont Walmart
A Troy man admitted to stealing six guns from the Glenmont Walmart.
The theft happened in May 2022, while the store was closed.
Michael McDermott admitted he broke in and smashed a gun case. He also admitted he pointed a gun at employees who tried to chase him down.
He faces up to 10 years in prison, three years of post-release supervision and a $250,000 fine when he’s sentenced in February.
