After making his return to the NFL, Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin is raising awareness about people getting trained in CPR.

Ten months ago, Hamlin experienced a sudden cardiac arrest during a game. Hamlin survived thanks to responders on scene who administered CPR. He has recorded a video for the American Heart Association to make sure that everyone is prepared to perform the procedure

The American Heart Association said 7 out of 10 people feel helpless in a cardiac emergency.
