Albany Police are investigating a homicide.

It happened around 3 a.m. Saturday morning on Judson Street between First and Second streets.

Officers found a 32-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his chest, said police.

The victim was treated on scene and pronounced dead at Albany Medical Center. Police are waiting to release his name until family is notified.

No one has been arrested.
