Two people are recovering in the hospital after being stabbed in North Adams.

The stabbing happened at about 2:30 p.m. Sunday on Main Street near the Berkshire Regional Transport Authority bus stop, NewsChannel 13’s media partners at The Berkshire Eagle reported.

Both victims – who are in their mid-30s – are expected to survive. The female victim was detained, police told the paper, but did not say if charges were filed.
