The Adirondack Nationals Car Show brought tens of thousands of people to Lake George.
It’s all about the classic cars and hot rods. It’s put on by Albany Rods & Kustoms. Every year, the Albany-based car club partners with a charity who gets a donation in exchange or provides volunteers to staff the entry gates.
The organization this year was Kelly’s Angels, the local charity that helps kids who’ve lost a parent to cancer or other illness. The charity was started by NewsChannel 13’s Mark Mulholland in honor of his wife, Kelly, who died of cancer.
Albany Rods & Kustoms recently sent Kelly’s Angels a check for $10,000.
