Jacob Klein was found guilty in October of killing Philip Rabadi in Rabadi’s New Scotland home last year. He faces 25 years to life in prison.
Klein was set off when Rabadi married his ex-girlfriend, Elana Radin, in September 2021, prosecutors said. Klein was a jealous ex-boyfriend who was stalking Rabadi and his wife, months before the murder took place, according to prosecutors.
