There could be either a plea deal or a trial date Wednesday afternoon in the criminal case involving the 2018 Schoharie limousine crash.
Lawyers will attend a virtual conference. This is the second conference this month involving a judge, the Schoharie County district attorney, and Nauman Hussain’s attorneys.
Hussain operated the limo company involved in the crash that killed 20 people. He’s charged with 20 counts of manslaughter and 20 counts of criminally negligent homicide.
