Police: Warrensburg man drove with blood alcohol level of 0.25%

A Warrensburg man is facing charges for allegedly driving while over three times legal limit for intoxication.

State Police responded to a report of a truck hauling a trailer off the roadway on New Hague Road in Hague. The driver was identified as 47-year-old Jason M. Mahler.

Mahler was charged on Dec. 29 with DWI and vehicle and traffic violations. He was transported to the Chestertown State Police station, where he recorded a 0.25% blood alcohol concentration.  

He was issued tickets and is due in Hague Town Court on Jan. 17.
