A man is accused of breaking into a Saratoga Springs Stewart’s.

A burglar alarm went off at the Broadway and Circular Street shop around 1:30 Sunday morning, police said.

Officers showed up and found a broken window, but no one inside.

A suspect, Stephen Parker, 45, was found nearby a short time later and arrested, police said.

He was charged with burglary, criminal mischief and petit larceny.
