A 34-year-old man was hit by a car on Tuesday, according to Albany Police.

The man was rushed to Albany Medical Center, where at last check he was in critical condition.

Police were redirecting traffic near Hudson Avenue and Lark Street Tuesday night as they taped off the scene.
