First Warning Forecast

Today begins a stretch of very warm weather with summer-like heat building in this week. Highs will rise into the lower to mid 80s today with mostly sunny skies. Overnight lows only fall to around 60.

Both Tuesday and Wednesday will bring unseasonably hot temperatures, with highs hovering near 90 degrees. A few showers and storms will be possible Tuesday afternoon, especially for areas north and west. Otherwise expect a mix of sun and clouds.

Shower and storm chances go up with a cold front approaching Wednesday night into Thursday. Highs Thursday drop into the mid 80s. By Friday, we’ll see a drop to more seasonable temperatures as highs will fall back into the upper 70s under mostly sunny skies.

Have a great day!
