Testimony is underway in the murder trial of a man accused of killing an Albany woman in 2019.
Albany police officers were among the first to take the stand in the trial of Paul Barbaritano.
He is accused of killing Nicole Jennings in his apartment on Brevator Street in July 2019.
The 55-year-old has maintained the death was an accident.
He rejected a plea deal last month that would have sent him to prison for 16 years.
