Gov. Hochul signed legislation Wednesday to support new moms who need to breastfeed while traveling in New York.
The state will now require certain airports to provide a space for breastfeeding away from public view.
The Director of Public Affairs at Albany International Airport says they have had nursing stations for a while now.
About a year ago, they installed a nursing station on Concourse A.
The governor says one of the biggest challenges for new parents is finding a space to feed their children.
