Alert Day Saturday: Rain in valleys, snow in higher elevations

A dry and pleasant end to the weekend with Summer-like heat building in this week.

Tonight, overnight lows will drop into the mid to upper 50s under partly cloudy skies.

Monday begins a stretch of very warm to hot and dry weather as highs will reach the mid 80s with mostly sunny skies.  Overnight lows will fall to around 60.

Both Tuesday and Wednesday will bring unseasonably hot temperatures, with highs hovering around the 90 degree mark.

Our next chance of wet weather pulls in by Wednesday night and extends into Thursday where thunderstorms will be possible.

By Friday, we’ll see a drop to more seasonable temperatures as highs will fall back into the 70s under mostly sunny skies.
