Two prominent local businesses are heading to Stuyvesant Plaza.

Fast-casual, modern Mediterranean restaurant Simone’s Kitchen and men’s boutique clothing retailer Union Hall Supply Co. will open this summer.

This is the third location for Simone’s Kitchen.

It launched in 2018 as a small restaurant in Coxsackie. A second restaurant opened in Schenectady in 2022.

The menu includes mezzo bowls, bakery items and Greek frozen yogurts.

This will be the second brick-and-mortar shop for Union Hall Supply Co. Its flagship location opened back in 2019 on Broadway in Saratoga Springs.

The shop sells a curated selection of modern clothing, shoes and accessories for men.
