Police: Albany man threatened woman with shotgun
An Albany man is accused of threatening his roommate with a shotgun.
Police responded to a residence on Lark Street just before 9 p.m. for a report of a fight. When officers arrived, a woman told them that 33-year-old Joshua Hartz threatened her.
No injuries were reported.
Police found a loaded 12-gauge shotgun in the residence.
Hartz was arrested and charged with a felony count of criminal possession of a weapon and misdemeanor counts of menacing and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
He was arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court and sent to Albany County jail.
