Cady Hill, the longtime home of the late Marylou Whitney and her husband John Hendrickson, is for sale. The 6,218-square-foot mansion was built in 1851 and has seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms and two half-baths, according to the listing with Julie & Co. Realty.
There is a pool house with heated pool and gym, chapel, tennis courts and rose garden. Also on the property are two single-family ranch homes, two-bay and nine-bay garages, gate house, root cellar, office building and maintenance building.
The furniture is included. Not included are personal items or the statue of Gertrude Vanderbilt Whitney ”Daphne” statue on top of the fountain in the formal rose garden.
