Police still seek answers 6 months after Castleton University dean killed

Friday marked 6 months since the retired dean of Castleton University was killed.
Vermont State Police sent out a reminder asking for information about the murder of Dr. Honoree Fleming, 77. She was shot Oct. 5 on the Delaware and Hudson Rail Trail in Castleton, Vermont.
Police have since released a sketch of the suspect who they describe as being a white man with short red hair, wearing a gray T-shirt and carrying a black backpack.
The case continues to remain a priority, said Vermont State Police. Anyone with information should call them at 802-773-9101 or send a tip anonymously online.
