It was a fun night in Latham on Saturday, as many people came together to get a taste of Chinese culture.

The Chinese Community Center launched its first major fundraising campaign.

The center is looking to raise nearly $100,000 to help cover the cost of building renovations.

People got to enjoy a five-course dinner and live entertainment.

The center’s president says they have seen an increase in non-Chinese patrons over the years.
