A popular restaurant in Saratoga Lake is debuting its new name and menu.

Druthers Brewing Company took control of 550 Waterfront. It’s now called Lago by Druthers.

The restaurant closed more than a week ago, with owners promising exciting changes coming.

The restaurant reopened Thursday afternoon.

There is a new menu, new cocktails and new beer on tap, the owners said. There’s also a new mural inside.
