Five new priests have been ordained in the Capital Region.

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany ordained the new priests at a ceremony on Saturday at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Albany.

One of the new priests, the Rev. Thomas Fallati, has been a deacon at Saint Kateri Tekakwitha Parish in Niskayuna. He first worked as an attorney for more than 25 years.

The other new priests are: the Rev. Adam Feisthamel, Rev. Paul McDonald, Rev. Anthony Onu and Rev. Joseph Tuan Van Pham.

Eric Ramirez was ordained a deacon.
