The Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Central School District held a first responder training session on electric school buses Monday night.

The training teaches first responders what they need to know when responding to emergency incidents involving electric powered school buses.

There is still a long way to go on having a standard for how to handle possible emergencies involving these electric buses, explained Greg Bradtke, chief of the Burnt Hills Fire Department.
