Child pornography suspect is Albany fire lieutenant

A man arrested on child pornography charges in Albany last week is a fire lieutenant in Albany, NewsChannel 13 has confirmed.

Michael Klugo, 44, was arrested on Friday.

He sent the image online, investigators said.

Klugo was arraigned and held pending a detention hearing set for Thursday.
