There was no data breach in a cyber incident that has shut down the city network in Saratoga Springs, according to city leaders.

The city is calling this more of a network disruption, but they were very concerned.

Police officers couldn’t log into their computers, and this created a much bigger concern that sensitive information could have been taken.

The city council had a meeting Thursday afternoon to discuss the issue.

The city has a pretty good idea of what happened, but won’t say what it is because the FBI is currently investigating.

All networks and all departments will be back online by Friday, according to the city.
