The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested James D. Trudeau, 62, of Cohoes for driving with suspended registration while also driving intoxicated.
Authorities stopped Trudeau on Route 9 in Halfmoon on June 27 around 2:02 a.m., when they discovered him driving with a revoked license, while also intoxicated.
Trudeau was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, and operating a motor vehicle without financial security.
The Sheriff’s Office says Trudeau was processed and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Halfmoon Town Court on a later date.
