Saratoga Springs Publishing recently celebrated the opening of its new location.

Vicki Addesso Dodd, a local author who started the publishing business in 2012, is thrilled about this next chapter for the company.

“Originally I just did it for fun, and 12 years later we’ve got a pretty significant label with incredible authors that I’m very proud of,” she said.

The new space, in downtown Saratoga Springs, comes with lots of new opportunities for the growing business.

“It’s going to be a space where we can actually meet with authors, create and also have events – kids events, book clubs, gallery openings – so our illustrators can actually display their artwork and an open door to be part of the community,” he said.

Looking ahead, the owner is eager to continue supporting authors.
