Johnstown man admits to possessing meth, cocaine
A Johnstown man pleaded guilty Monday in federal court to possessing meth and cocaine.
Leon “Sam” Ostrander, 50, admitted in U.S. District Court that on Jan. 17, he had over 400 grams of meth and 1.2 kilograms of cocaine, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.
Agents found the drugs at Ostrander’s home. He told investigators that he intended to sell them, prosecutors said.
He faces 10 years to life in prison a fine of up to $10 million when sentenced on Oct. 25.
