Albany man, 19, charged in May stabbing

A 19-year-old Albany man has been arrested for a stabbing from last month.

Jonisaac Nazario stabbed the 31-year-old victim on May 16 on the 100 block of Clinton Street, Albany Police said. The victim survived.

Police identified Nazario as the suspect and found him in the area of Washington Park on Thursday.

He was charged with one count of first-degree assault, arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court and sent to Albany County Jail.
