Cohoes man accused of causing injury to another person in Clifton Park Stewart’s Shop

The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested Todd A. Zehnter, 59, of Cohoes for allegedly assaulting someone in a Stewart’s Shop in Clifton Park on Saturday.

It happened around 9:40 p.m. at the shop location on 1529 Crescent Road.

Authorities say Zehnter is accused of causing physical injury to another person by striking the person to the eye area with a handheld spotlight during a fight.

The Sheriff’s Office says Zehnter was charged with second-degree assault.

He was released on an appearance ticket from the Clifton Park Town Court.
