Police: Ballston Lake woman was over 3x too drunk to drive

A Ballston Lake woman is accused of driving while over three times the legal limit for intoxication.

State Police responded the area of Longkill Road in Clifton Park for an impaired driver.

Meaghan M. Kohls, 45, was charged with DWI and taken to the Clifton Park State Police station, where she recorded a blood alcohol concentration of 0.29%.

She was charged with felony DWI because she has a previous conviction within the last 10 years. Kohls is due in Clifton Park Town Court on Aug. 28.
