Ballston Spa man allegedly entered residence, violated protection order

A Ballston Spa man is facing charges after a domestic incident.

William K. Wilson, 56, allegedly entered a residence in the town of Milton on Aug. 1 at around 5:30 p.m., the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said. He remained in the residence unlawfully and in violation of an order of protection, according to police.

Wilson also is accused of damaging a cell phone and then stealing it.

Wilson was charged with two counts of criminal contempt, criminal mischief and petit larceny. He was arraigned in Milton Town Court and sent to Saratoga County Jail pending further action.
