Albany County is collecting donations to help get kids ready for the school year.

It is part of the county’s 21st annual back-to-school supply drive.

The county is asking for items like backpacks, glue sticks, and tissue boxes.

If you would like to donate, you can drop items off at either the county building on State Street or the Shaker Place Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Albany.

You can donate up until September 3.
