Montgomery County man charged after domestic incident

A Montgomery County man is accused of is facing charges after a domestic incident.

Officers responded to a residence in Tribes Hill on Aug. 12 for a report of a physical domestic incident. Dennis A. Church, 36, was charged with criminal mischief and harassment. In addition, he faces a charge of aggravated family offense because he has a prior conviction during the last five years.

Church was arraigned and sent to Montgomery County Jail in lieu of bail set at $500 cash, $2,500 bond or $5,000 partially secured bond.
