Five charged after Saratoga County drug bust

Five people have been arrested after a lengthy investigation in narcotics sales in Saratoga County. Jessie T. Spencer, 30, allegedly had a narcotic drug, meth and over 500 mg of cocaine, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office. Harold D. Kuchler III, 25, of Saratoga Springs, allegedly possessed methamphetamine, police said. Stephanie A. Fitzgerald, 37, of Saratoga Springs, is also charged with possessing narcotics. Jason E. Horn, 51, of Milton allegedly had a narcotic drug and meth, according to police said. Fitzgerald and Horn are accused of running a drug house. Keella M. Weaver, 40, of Milton, also had a narcotic drug and meth, according to police.

Harold D. Kuchler III, 25, of Saratoga Springs, allegedly possessed a narcotic drug and methamphetamine, police said.

Stephanie A. Fitzgerald, 37, of Saratoga Springs, is also charged with possessing narcotics.

Jason E. Horn, 51, of Milton allegedly had a narcotic drug and meth, according to police. Fitzgerald and Horn are accused of running a drug house.

Keella M. Weaver, 40, of Milton, also had a narcotic drug and meth, police said.

Spencer and Fitzgerald were released to pretrial services. Kuchler, Horn and Weaver were sent to Saratoga County Jail.
