Schuylerville man faces DWI, weapons charges
A Schuylerville man is facing drunken driving and weapons charges.
Troopers stopped a vehicle on State Route 29 in Greenwich just before 11 p.m. on Aug. 21 for a traffic violations, State Police said. Charles F. Wood, 45, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated because he has a previous conviction within the last 10 years.
Wood was also charged with criminal possession of a weapon for allegedly having an illegal loaded handgun in his vehicle.
He was taken to Washington County Jail to await arraignment.
