Argyle woman faces drug charges after traffic stop
An Argyle woman is facing drug charges following a traffic stop.
Kaylee E. Riccio, 24, was stopped on State Route 197 on Aug. 15 in the town of Argyle. Deputies found drugs in the vehicle, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office said.
Police did not specify what drugs were found.
Riccio was charged with two felony counts and one misdemeanor count of criminal possession of a controlled substance as well as two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia.
She was arraigned in Washington County Centralized Arraignment Court and released to appear in Argyle Town Court at a later date.
