Schenectady man charged with DWI

A Schenectady man is accused of driving while intoxicated.

State Police stopped a vehicle on Aug. 13 around 11:50 p.m. on Central Avenue in Albany for a traffic violation.  

Cesar Patin Ramirez was charged with DWI and traffic, State Police said. He had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.19%, according to police. He is due in Albany City Criminal Court on Sept. 4.
