Police: Fulton County man drove drunk with children in vehicle

State Police arrested a Fulton County man for drunken driving with children in the vehicle.

Michael A. Vogel was stopped on Bliss Road in Oppenheim, early Thursday morning. Police said he attempted to switch seats with an adult passenger.

Two children under the age of 16 were in the vehicle.

Vogel was arrested on a DWI charge, and refused to give a blood alcohol sample, he said.

Vogel was sent to Fulton County Jail pending arraignment.
