Street patrol leads to Albany man’s drug arrest
An Albany man is facing drug charges.
Investigators were patrolling Central and Lexington avenues in Albany Tuesday afternoon, when they stopped Barsha Oliver, 30 as part of a drug investigation.
He had 11 grams of crack cocaine and 33 glassine bags containing fentanyl, police said.
Oliver was charged with felony and misdemeanor criminal possession of a controlled substance.
He was set to be arraigned in Albany City Criminal Court on Tuesday.
