Stillwater man gets 60 days in jail for drunken driving with child in vehicle
A Stillwater man has been sentenced to 60 days in jail for driving drunk and crashing his vehicle with a child inside.
Theodore B. Pamper, 35, was arrested March 2, after State Police responded to a report of a car that crashed into a utility pole on Cold Spring Road. Pamper was treated on scene by the trooper and EMS for a suspected overdose.
He pleaded guilty in Saratoga County Court in June to aggravated DWI with a child.
He also received 5 years of probation at his Sept. 4 sentencing.
