Police: Running red light leads to DWI charge in South Glens Falls

A South Glens Falls man is charged with DWI after police said he ran a red light.

Deputies stopped Nicholas J. Basher, 28, on Glen Street in Glens Falls just after 11:15 p.m. on Sept. 20 for the traffic infraction. They determined he was intoxicated, according to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.

Basher refused a breath test, police said. He was charged with DWI and held for arraignment.
