Police: Fatal Northway crash stemmed from rear-end collision

State Police have released more information about the crash that killed a woman on the Northway Tuesday.

Makenzie T. Minkler, 25, rear-ended a vehicle and then lost control of her vehicle just before 5 p.m. just north of the Exit 14 off-ramp. Her vehicle flipped over several times.

Minkler died at the hospital.

The other driver was not hurt and is cooperating with the investigation.
