There's a new head of the sales team at Berkshire Bank.
Shane Rauh has been promoted to senior vice president, business banking team leader.
Rauh will be responsible for serving the needs of small and mid-sized business clients in the Capital District.

Shane Rauh has been promoted to senior vice president, business banking team leader.
Rauh will be responsible for serving the needs of small and mid-sized business clients in the Capital District.
Before joining Berkshire Bank in March, Rauh served as vice president at Pioneer Bank, and director of business banking at Broadview Credit Union.
Rauh also serves on the board of trustees as secretary for Crossroads Center for Children, and on the Gala Committee for Alzheimer’s Association of Northeastern New York.
