Police are hoping to have the results next week of human remains found last weekend in Troy.
As reported first on NewsChannel 13 Wednesday, the remains found near Burden Pond are not Jaliek
Rainwalker, investigators said. He’s a 12-year-old boy who has been missing for 17 years.
The determination was made after a dental comparison.
The last widescale search for him took place near that same area in June of 2022.
