A man from Monticello, New York was charged in an Albany homicide from earlier this month.

Jonte Wunner, 26, shot Mohammed Poquee on North Pearl Street, back on Oct. 20, according to police.

Poquee had multiple gunshot wounds, police said. He was pronounced dead at Albany Medical Center.

Wunner is charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.

He was sent to Albany County Jail.
