Troy building catches fire
A Troy building caught fire Friday afternoon.
It happened at a three story building on Fifth Avenue.

Troy fire chief Eric McMahon told us that they called in for extra help from Albany and the Watervliet arsenal because of the heat.
No one was hurt. But the chief says some of their main concerns were firefighters getting overheated in heavy gear when it’s in the mid 90’s outside.
