Man accused of killing Elvis impersonator due back in court
The man accused of killing TJ Krider, an Elvis impersonator, is scheduled to be back in court on Wednesday.
Ronald Rayher, 70, of Milton, is facing charges of second-degree manslaughter and tampering with physical evidence. He allegedly tied up Krider at a home in Milton. He is also accused of giving Krider chloroform multiple times.
Rayher’s attorney, Kevin O’Brien, has said the two men had a contract to engage in sexual activity.
Defense motions are due Wednesday.
A trial has been set for Feb. 10 in Saratoga County Court.
