A Wilton man has been arrested again after a disturbance at Louden Oaks Mobile Home Park.

Jesse Klingbeil tried to strangle someone, Saratoga County investigators said. The victim has an order of protection against Kingbeil, investigators said.

Klingbeil was previously arrested November 17 for allegedly throwing a phone at someone and damaging someone’s windshield.

He is now being held in the Saratoga County Jail.
