Police: Contractor didn’t return deposit after not doing work
A Montgomery County contractor is accused of not completing work on a job.
Aaron Jablonski, 53, of Fort Johnson, was acting as the owner of “Concrete Solutions” back in August 2022. State Police said the victim hired Jablonski to do a job and provided him a $3,000 deposit.
Jablonski allegedly failed to complete the work. He was provided an opportunity to return the money, police said, but he did not do so.
In October 2023, Knox Town Court issued an arrest warrant.
Jablonski was arrested on Jan. 8 and charged with grand larceny. He was sent without bail to Albany County Jail.
