Shaker grad Jeff Hoffman has signed a three-year, $33 million deal with the TORONTO Blue Jays. Hoffman can earn as much as $39 million dollars with incentives. The former Shaker standout was the Blue Jays first-round pick in 2014. Hoffman played the last two seasons with Philadelphia Phillies. This past season, the 32-year-old posted a 2.17 ERA with 89 strikeouts.
